Dessert is usually served at the end of a heavy meal. Fruits are the common one. Looks like a boursoise lifestyle but they give a lot of help in one's physical health like Vitamin and digestive function (ask the health expert).
South C Community is no exception. It has its unique presentation at the end of the meal the "Mixed Fruit Salad". Presumably, many had tasted this dessert. What make South C Community's fruit salad unique are the fruits it contains. Listen! It contains fruits from Rwanda, Britain, Italy, Burkina Faso, D.R. Congo, Zambia, Poland, India and the Philippines. This is amazing! The fruits are so intercontinental. Each one is unique in its shape, colour, size and weight. Some are rounded while others are elongated.
Some look darker while others look lighter. Some seem medium in size while others seem large or more and some are heavier while others are lighter. Anyway, the Chef doesn't care much on the external attributions of these fruits. He is particularly concern about what is inside, the real colour and taste of each fruit . On the mixing process, he tries to make it sure that the fruits are blend nicely. No other variants are to be added. He aims at making his fruit salad taste good and natural. Meanwhile, the fruits are experiencing fear and anxiety while the Chef shakes them up side down. On the other hand, the fruits' openness to the Chef's creative power lightens their hearts. They are more willing to be blend according to his plan.
The process continues but the Chef is inviting everyone to come to South C community and taste, the one of its kind "Mixed-Fruit Salad".
